On Thursday, September 8th, Abortion Hurts. God Heals! sponsored a table for KSLR’s 2016 Women in Ministry Brunch. It was held at Tripoint Event Center’s Grantham Ballroom. Virginia Langue and Lisa Skowron teamed up at the AHGH informational booth where they shared about the AHGH ministry with pastoral wives and staff, women pastors, as well as other leaders of women’s ministries in the San Antonio area.

Several women offered to share their own testimonies with us, both in person and on the AHGH radio program, and we had leaders express interest in possibly hosting an AHGH event at their church or women’s event. God even blessed us with some potential new members, yay! Many new contacts were made as we continue to share the message that Abortion Hurts (and) God Heals!

Elisa Morgan, voted by Christianity Today as one of the top 40 most influential women’s leaders, was the key-note speaker for the event. As an author, speaker, radio host, women’s ministry leader, and former CEO of MOPS International, Elisa delivered an amazing presentation and testimony that was both passionate and real. She encouraged and inspired all the women attending the brunch. It was an honor for AHGH to attend and take part.
